With 27 years of experience in the engineering and development field, Nathan is a seasoned professional specializing in land acquisitions, surveying, and geographic information systems. Throughout his career, he has worked on large-scale commercial and residential projects across the Southeast, gaining extensive expertise in both leadership and technical roles.
For 25 years, Nathan has worked with a national and international engineering firm, where he led and managed teams in Land Surveying and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). His leadership experience includes managing four surveying division offices in Georgia, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving key initiatives.
In recent years, Nathan has focused on land acquisitions for local and national homebuilders, bringing a unique blend of technical knowledge and strategic insight to every project.
When not working, Nathan enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing—activities that allow him to enjoy the outdoors and unwind from his busy professional life.
He is married to Ashley Brown, and together, they enjoy building a life grounded in their faith, family adventures, and professional achievement.
